Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once shipped.
- Custom and made-to-order pieces may take an additional 3–5 business days. This will be noted on the product page.
- We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
- Sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
- Gift returns: items received as a gift can be returned for store credit equal to the purchase price.
How to Return
- Email us at returns@cngreentk.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label (US orders only).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the specified carrier location.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. You'll receive an email confirmation.
Refund Timeline
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Store credit is issued immediately via email.
International Orders
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- We cannot mark orders as "gift" or undervalue items on customs forms.
- International returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
