  • We strive to display product colors and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary depending on your screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy allows returns of unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Earrings, custom pieces, and items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Full details are available on our Shipping & Returns page.

Our jewelry is handcrafted with care. However, we are not liable for allergic reactions — please review materials listed on each product page before purchasing if you have known sensitivities.

All products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except for our 1-year craftsmanship warranty which covers manufacturing defects under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from improper care, accidents, alterations by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
